My life situation is already hell for me. What greater hell could there be than this?

 Dear New Friend –

We are so distressed to hear of your pain-filled life. In the midst of the reality of your pain, you asked an exceedingly important and desperate question: My life situation is already hell for me. What greater hell could there be than this?

Now we are faced with our own painful dilemma. Do we take the risk of temporarily adding to your pain by telling you the truth, or, do we avoid that risk by simply being quiet?

We are somewhat in the position of a surgeon who has discovered his patient is suffering from a certain disease that can be cured but the cure requires surgery. The surgery and recovery will initially add additional pain which must be endured before the cure becomes complete.

We have chosen, as always, to declare Truth, so the hearer, though initially pained with the truth information, may be in the position to receive the ultimate, final and complete cure from ALL pain. But, this final pain-cure will not happen in our natural bodies and to our current conditions on earth. Freedom from the fear of tomorrow and freedom from the guilt of our sin-filled past IS GRANTED in this life to those who believe and trust in Jesus, but total freedom from pain will only be found in heaven after our death on earth.

Your Question: What greater pain could there be in hell more than this current life?

Truth No. 1: There is greater pain than the pains in this lifetime. Hell-on-earth is most certainly a precursor example of the continuation of the pain-of-hell AFTER DEATH. Hell, after death on earth, is an eternal existence defined by unrelenting pain and regret forever!

Truth No. 2: You control the KEY which unlocks your eternal Destiny, which is forever in Hell or Heaven. You choose whether hell-on-earth will become your hell-forever. Or, you can choose while you are alive on earth to be “freed from being a captive” of the kingdom of darkness on earth, and enter into the glorious position of becoming a child of God and His Kingdom of Light.

• John 14:1-3 [Jesus’ own words and promise] “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for

you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.

Truth No. 3: What is the KEY that unlocks entrance to Heaven? What you believe to be true about Jesus Christ upon your death on earth, forever seals your eternal Destiny of Heaven or Hell.

• John 11:25-27Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” She said to Him, “Yes, Lord, I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”

To help you understand this life-changing truth, you must make a conscious choice to believe Jesus’ declaration about Himself and, thus, surrender your whole life, past, present and future, into His loving hands.

Jesus will take your commitment to believe, trust and follow Him and work in your present hellish circumstances to give you, for the first time in your life, the JOY that you desperately crave. Jesus will then seal you unto God the Father as He prepares an eternal home for you in heaven in perfect love, joy and peace.

Will you make this trade today? Will you trade your life for the life of Jesus who will, by His Spirit, come into your life and completely change you? Will you trade your pain-filled miserable existence for true JOY by surrendering your life back to Jesus? Jesus is the One who, not only created you, but also paid by His own death the greatest pain-filled death on the Cross of Crucifixion to pay sin-death price required for all your sins so you can be reconciled back to Holy God in perfect joy!

• Revelation 21:1-4 God Himself will be with them and be their God. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”

Jesus’ Promises –

• Matthew 11:28-30 [Jesus said] “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

• John 6:37 [Jesus said] All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out

Commentary: Jesus’ Own Words!

– Matthew 26:23-25 He [Jesus] answered and said, “He who dipped his hand with Me in the dish will betray Me. The Son of Man [Jesus] indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born” [Jon’s explanation note: Why? Because forever in Hell is the single worst possible event that can happen to any person ever born!]”

Then Judas, who was betraying Him, answered and said, “Rabbi, is it I?” He [Jesus] said to him, “You have said it.”

It is impossible for God to lie! Jesus, God the Son, created hell for the devil and his angels and solemnly declared that hell is the worst possible place anyone could ever be. After a person dies who has rejected Jesus, and enters hell, the pain is fixed and will never, ever be changed.

Further descriptions of hell by Jesus:

• Matthew 25:41 “Then He [Jesus] will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels.

• Luke 16:23-26 [Jesus said] ” ‘And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. “Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’ . . . And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.’ “

• Mark 8:43- 48 [Jesus said] “It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having two hands, to go to hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched — where ‘Their worm does not die and the fire is not quenched.”
